“We’re seeing an acceleration of trends. Now, we have great entertainment at home; we have high speed internet at home; Airbnb allows you to vacation at home; and we’re working at home. The last word in all of these is the home, so the single-family residential real estate is picking up all of the occupancy being created, lost by office, retail, and dining.
