Drew Flahive Interview with BCG

Drew Flahive, Amherst’s President, sat down with Georgie Frost as part of Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s interview series while on the ground at the Milken Institute Global Conference to discuss the role of private capital in addressing the nation’s housing shortage and share our outlook for single-family rental.
“Real estate is at an interesting inflection point. As technology continues to disintermediate the use case for real estate, we think less ownership will be in these long-standing asset classes like office and retail and more ownership will shift to asset classes with positive supply and demand fundamentals, like industrial, multi-family, and single-family rental.”
